1. Service Description

Jobrix is an AI-powered job discovery platform that aggregates job listings, matches them to your profile, and delivers alerts via Telegram. We are not a job board and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in India (or your country of residence) to use Jobrix. One account per person.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in INR via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds on partially used subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Misrepresent yourself or submit false resumes.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Job Data Accuracy

Job listings are sourced from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, etc.). We do not verify their accuracy or availability. Always verify directly with the employer before applying.

6. Auto-Apply (Elite Plan)

The Auto-Apply feature submits applications on your behalf to company career pages. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data. Jobrix is not liable for applications submitted using incorrect information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobrix provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for missed job opportunities, incorrect matches, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
